Who processes your data

What data
A contact (phone, Telegram @username, WeChat ID or e-mail), your name, trip dates, number of guests, the chosen service, places and events from your route, and your comment. Only the contact and the consent are required.
Why
To answer your request and organise your trip.
Where it is stored
On hosting in Russia. A copy of the request goes to Max's Russian mailbox.
Who receives it
Only Max's Russian mailbox. Telegram receives just the request number and the site language, with no personal data. Data is never sold or passed to third parties.
How long
12 months, then it is deleted automatically.
Spam protection
Your IP address is not stored. To stop spam, only a one-way hash of it is kept, for no longer than a day.
Statistics without cookies
The site sets no cookies and loads no external counters. Our own counter records the time, page language, the event (for example, a button press), device type, the site you came from, a source tag and a random visit number that lives until you close the tab. This data is deleted after 13 months.
What your browser stores
Your browser (localStorage) keeps the chosen language, the form draft (30 days), “My route” and a partner tag (30 days); sessionStorage keeps the visit number until you close the tab. You can clear them in your browser settings.
How to withdraw consent and delete data
Write to maxim911@mail.ru or message Max: your data will be deleted and your consent withdrawn within 10 working days.
